Jennifer "Jenny" Okhovat is a lifelong resident of Beverly Hills and a proud graduate of Beverly Hills High School and Cal State University Northridge. As a real estate sales specialist, she works under the stewardship of one of the most prominent leaders in the industry, Fran Hughes – Vice President and Branch Manager of John Aaroe Group’s Sunset Strip office.
Jennifer works with a wide range of clients, including a large network of real estate investors and celebrities seeking to sell and purchase properties throughout Los Angeles. Areas of service include West Hollywood, Hollywood, Hollywood Hills, Los Feliz, Beverly Hills, Hancock Park, Culver City, Miracle Mile, Beverly Grove, and Silicon Beach.
Jennifer joined John Aaroe Group in 2013. Prior to JAG, Jennifer worked as a listing specialist with CA Realty. Jennifer has a BA degree in Gender and Women’s Studies from Cal State Northridge and is an active member of the Beverly Hills / Greater Los Angeles Association of REALTORS, the California Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS.
She spends her off-hours volunteering as, a Professional Committee Board Member of Sinai Temple’s Atid program, FIDF Young Leadership, and is an active member of the Gender and Women’s Studies Alumni Association at CSUN. Jennifer is also passionate about endangered animals, and is a proud supporter of The Dolphin Project, working to free sea animals in captivity.
